  • Bulgur Salad with Grilled Zucchini and Onions and Pomegranate-Cumin Dressing
  • Southwestern Chili with Grilled Polenta
  • Spanish Omelet with Peas, Potatoes and Saffron
  • Red Beans and Rice and Roasted Okra
